Utmärkt Malmö 1
Disgusting Food Museum One of Malmö’s most exciti
ng permanent exhibitions is an (un) pleasant attraction going under the name of Disgusting Food Museum. Obviously it’s all about personal preferences, someone’s trash is someone else’s treasure. And of course it’s about cultural differences, but for something to qualify for this exhibition it needs to be deemed, by a clear majority, disgusting to eat. In total they have 80 items from all around the world that you can, but rather wouldn’t want to, eat. As a visitor you can look at, smell, and perhaps even taste delicacies like frog smoothies, maggot cheese, fruit bat soup and then the Swedish fermented herring of course. Caroli City, Östergatan 12 Laserdome Challenge collegues, friends or family with an exciting game in the Laserdome. They also arrange other fun activities for those who wish to spend a whole day in the premises. Laserdome have of course gone through all possible safety measures to ensure a safe visit during these times. Drottninggatan 1 Take a walk Malmö is a city where the present meets the past and there is a whole lot to see. Whether you want to join a guided walk taking you to Sankt Petri Church, Malmö Old Cemetary and Malmö Castle as well as some hidden gems or you open your map and experience the city on your own, is entirely up to you. Rent a pedalboat Pack your picnic basket, rent a pedalboat and see the city from completely different perspective while pedalling your way through the canal. The boats house four people and there are life vests to borrow – a perfect activity a sunny spring day. Raoul Wallenbergs Park Surfing Since Malmö is situated just by the water there are numerous water activities that you can partake in along the coast. Not too far outside of the city centre you can both kitesurf and windsurf, as well as water-ski of course. 43
