SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2019 9 We are aware that we
have a higher staff turnover than what is good for a company. The staff turnover increased somewhat during 2018 and 2019 and we will continue in taking measures and work with our culture, management and recruiting to yet again lower this further. In 2020 we will also be implementing our onboarding program for Hedin Automotive AS, Bavaria Norge. In the upcoming five years we will work towards equal salaries, zero tolerance against discrimination and towards a larger diversity. We will introduce regular follow-ups per business area-based om five factors: salaries and benefits, working environment and health, parenthood and career as well as competence development. A continued focus with ensuring the best customer experience. The work is carried out through our methods for customer-oriented business development. We see a need to clarify and improving the follow-ups of our work that is fitted under social conditions. Initiative is being made but mostly through local initiatives by dedicated individuals within the organization. We are to ensure better central guidance and monitoring. We are a large organization that has the muscles to actually make a difference. To better monitor the work, we mean to draw up one or several indications for results in order to account for the use of our work. As of January 1, 2020, we will be launching a whistleblower function to ensure that employees at Anders Hedin Invest and underlying companies can report suspicions of severe irregularities and anomalies at our workplaces or in our organization. 47
