luded in City of Refuge budget City of Refuge scholarship, adjusted for a single person, a couple or a family. Application fee to the Swedish Migration Board prior to arrival. Flat rental, basic home insurance, electricity, broadband, television licence, mobile phone, computer. Furnished flat, including cooking equipment, bedclothes, towels, bathmats and shower curtain. Travel to Sweden. ICORN membership. Expenses for the ICORN annual meeting, including travel and accommodation for artists in residence and City of Refuge coordinator. Work hours for the coordinator and any colleagues in other administrative bodies, about 25–50 percent. Certain expenses for translating information into the native language of the artist in residence and initial interpreter costs. Workplace. Administration and other internal administrative costs. Day-to-day living expenses, such as food, soap, shampoo, cleaning products, laundry detergent, clothes and medicine. Specially adapted healthcare and dentist treatment. Personal insurance and, in some cases, extra home insurance that the City of Refuge has not already arranged for the accommodation. Sports, leisure activities and recreation. Local transport. Work- or other trips for artists in residence, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any paid services or international calls added to the telephone bill.
