ce Dickinson The Iron Maiden frontman isn’t just a rock singer, pilot, cancer survivor, fencer, he’s apparently also a comedian as well. In January he takes his spoken word show ”An Evening With…” all the way to Malmö. The evening is divided into two parts, where the first consist of Dickinson telling his stories and a second part where the audience gets to ask him questions and the show takes a more improvised path. Slagthuset Malmö 26 January Alice Boman From the Sketches (that gave name to her debut EP) in her bedroom, Alice Boman has made it quite some way during these almost ten years. Her new album Space Between, released this autumn, follows previous success Dream On with more of that intimate and enchanting material. On Thursday January 26 she will come home and entertain her hometown audience in Malmö. And just like Norwegian duo Kings of Convenience proclaimed a long time ago, Quiet really Is The New Loud. Malmö Live Konserthus 10 February The Latin Kings An evening of Swedish hiphop that ventures all the way back to where it all began. The Latin Kings released the then groundbreaking debut album Välkommen till Förorten (Welcome to the Suburb) almost 30 years ago, when they portrayed a life and a part of Sweden that many people hadn’t seen or heard about before. Now Dogge Doggelito, Rigo Topaz (Rodde), Azzan Jaxx and TITO go on tour and offers classic hits in an unforgettable show. KB 17 February Anna Ternheim Currently in the news as the singer and member of the new band Dead People (featuring Swedish musical legend Joakim Berg from the band Kent and Malcolm Pardon) but in February she’ll pop up in Malmö, alive and well, as Anna Ternheim.
