film BOHUS-MALMÖN Magical atmosphere and cultural history on the island of rocks and beaches Bohus-Malmön is a rocky island more than 4 km long and 2 km wide that can really offer visitors a wonderful and varied holiday. A large modern marina dominates the harbour scene in the centre, and in summer the harbour area is filled with people visiting the harbour, its shops and restaurants. The opportunities for bathing and outdoor activities are fantastic on Bohus-Malmön. There are several lovely, well-organised bathing areas and the sandy beaches are very popular. The most popular and spectacular is probably the sandy beach at Pärlane, Kattesand. The hiking opportunities are also good all year round. They offer varying experiences, lush and idyllic on the eastern side of the island - more barren and wild with the sea lashing out on the western side. In the middle of the island you can find Bohus-Malmöns Pensionat, which is a good starting point and offer good accommodation, all year round. The hiking trail SoteledenKuststigen goes around the whole island and offers fantastic nature experiences. Stallebrottets music and theatre scene usually attracts both entertainment and culture lovers to magical experiences in the old quarry during the summer. Access Bohus-Malmön by taking the free car ferry from Tullboden, southeast of Örn. The ferry runs twice an hour. 20 Visit Smögen &
