The festival offers an exciting mix of three worlds: an intimate daytime party, an exotic outdoor nightclub, and a truly spectacular festival experience. According to the plans, visitors will once again be able to enjoy beautiful light installations from both land and sea between September 5th and 14th. Artists from several countries will showcase their artworks on the stunning stage created by Smögen and the rocky cliffs. “It will be a truly unique experience where art meets nature in perfect harmony,” promises the festival’s driving force, Dulce Ahlberg. Island of Light is an international light art festival set in a place where rugged nature is woven together in creative forms. The festival has gained significant international attention.
