Karlsson Karin Hultgren VÄRTAHAMNEN Skiss R2, alt A tegel Within the project Södra Värtahamnen, Wallfast plans to build an office of 25,000 square metres, and a property with around 200 rental apartments. Construction is due to take about four years and is planned to start around 2030. The plan for Värtahamnen is to turn it into a vital and sustainable part of Stockholm City, with 1,700 apartments and 20,000 workplaces being built over the next few years.
