COLLABORATIONS Nicole gives tips on learning and

Soya Leaders, a management course CO-WORKERS CAN also contribute by sharing e-learnings and insights on the platform – even a two-minute clip on how to adjust the office chair is great. To further enhance Soya Group as a learning organisation, Soya Talks has been launched – a 15-minute monthly event featuring internal speakers. In the longer term, the plan is to systematically integrate colleagues in Singapore, as well as those co-workers at sea, into the Soya Academy training courses. Nicole encourages all Soya Group co-workers to engage with this new platform. “If you have any requests or ideas regarding future learning programmes or lectures, don’t hesitate to contact me. Maybe you have a topic you want to give a talk on or know someone within Soya Group who you think is a great teacher.
