Storage duration: We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active account in the system. When your account is deleted, or your organisation terminates the service, personal data connected to the account is deleted. • Name (first name and surname) • Email address Legitimate interests The processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in providing and administering the service. Processing operations carried out • Register vehicles in the system. • Associate drivers with vehicles in the fleet. • Display real-time and historical vehicle locations. • Monitor driving behaviour and vehicle journeys for fleet management and safety purposes To manage and monitor vehicles in the system Personal data processed • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) • Registration number • GPS location (latitude and longitude) • Driving behaviour data, such as braking, acceleration, speed and collision events • Journey data, such as trip start and stop times, ignition status and movement events Storage duration: We process vehicle and driving data for as long as the user account remains active. When the account is deleted or the organisation terminates the service, the link between the user and the vehicle/driving data is removed. Vehicle data may thereafter continue to be stored in the system for fleet administration purposes in accordance with the service configuration and applicable agreements. Profiling Driving events, such as harsh braking, acceleration, excessive speeding and aggressive cornering, may be automatically aggregated into a behavioural score for each vehicle in order to improve road safety and support efficient fleet management. These scores are visible to fleet administrators. No automated decisions producing legal effects or similarly significant consequences are made based on these scores. You have the right to object to such profiling.
