OUND UP Metal royalty will once again grace the Irish capital with the announcement of Metallica hosting two nights in Dublin’s Aviva Stadium on June 19th and 21st. Billed as the “M72 NO REPEAT WEEKEND”, the legendary four piece will be bringing their mammoth ‘in the round’ stage production to the Aviva Stadium with guests, Pantera and Avatar (Friday, June 19th) followed by Gojira and Knocked Loose (Sunday, June 21st). Without a doubt, this is the biggest Metal event on Irish shores for the foreseeable future and if you don’t have a ticket for this, then you need to check your head! Sleep Token have crashed into the Irish charts at number three as well as hitting the number one spot in the UK, making it the first heavy album of 2025 to do so in both countries. In the world exclusive interview, the legendary frontman says of the album; “We were supposed to release the album this year, and in fact, the album was supposed to be completely finished prior to the live shows, but I just want to make sure that it’s the best material I’ve ever released.
