Savings Guide and Pocket Money Assistant One example of development is the Children’s Savings Guide and Pocket Money Assistant, which aim to give parents support in easily getting started with savings, and to help parents teach their children about finances in an easily understandable way. Children’s Savings Guide: • Offers a simple alternative for customers who need to save for their children, which feedback received from customers tells us is ever more important. • Means that customers do not need to visit a bank branch in order to quickly start saving for their child, and can instead get started very easily – an important factor when starting saving. Pocket Money Assistant: • Helps parents with tips and recommendations relating to their children’s pocket money, in an interactive and accessible way. These services are part of a larger future mindset based on a complete concept, where we use the customer’s needs as a starting point and ask some simple questions in order to be able to guide them, assist with banking tasks, and then follow up. Pocket Money Assistant – an offering for parents that has been rolled out gradually to a few thousand customers at a time, up to a total of around 10,000 so far.
