EDITORIAL RESILIENCE, RESPONSIBILITY AND DEVELOPM
ENT Published by Soya Group R unning a business is about more than numbers and transactions. It’s about people. It’s about re sponsibility—for the communities we operate in, the challenges we face, and the future we help shape. At Soya Group, making a real difference where it matters most has been a critical driving force from the very beginning. ALL OUR EFFORTS are guided by a deep sense of care and responsibility. From disaster relief and medical support to empowering children and young people, our contributions have included pioneering support for robotic surgery at Karolinska University Hospital, and long-term partnerships with Save the Children and the Red Cross. We believe real change is about action and we are proud to play our part. Social responsibility extends beyond immediate aid to include resilience and supporting long-term humanitarian wellbeing through culture, civil courage, and community development. Our partnerships with the Royal Swedish Opera, the Raoul Wallen berg Academy, and Skeppsholmsgården provide young people with the tools, experiences, and inspiration they need to grow, lead, and contribute. In times of great uncertainty, creating such opportunities is more important than ever. OUR COMMITMENT EXTENDS beyond Sweden’s borders. The Ukraine Caravan is one example of how we act in times of crisis. By donating vehicles, equipment and supplies, we help ensure aid reaches those affected by the conflict. Closer to home we also want to play our part in contributing to total defence and humanitarian resilience through a non-weapon based military and civil collaboration. Based on our extensive expertise, experience and capacity we aim to do our part to ensure resilient and scalable logistics solutions and vessel capacity. WE RECOGNISE THAT a truly sustainable society requires long-term, resilient and collaborative solutions. Our businesses within Soya Group are committed to re ducing environmental impact and con tri bute to a more sustainable future through innovative solutions. We believe that business done right can be a positive force, not only for our employees but for partners, the communities we operate in and for society at large. Taking responsibility is part of our identity. In a time of great global instability, we are proud to contribute to humanitarian resilience, total defence efforts and sustain - a bility, confident in our ability to remain a force for good and a workplace everyone can be proud of. We will continue to operate and contribute Our Way!
