e Year award celebrates outstanding construction projects, evaluating nominees based on criteria such as workplace safety, sustainability, time/quality/budget management, technological innovation, and collaboration. The Award is presented by the magazine Byggindustrin. Jury’s Motivation: A seemingly impossible project managed, with a bit of cleverness, to find one of the keys to the future of construction: successfully handling logistics in tight spaces—and doing so without compromising the working environment. Despite tricky conditions, the team delivered a final result that even the most critical neighbours could be proud of once the construction dust had settled.
