„ The Code of Conduct applies to everyone working
at Hedin Mobility Group, no matter your role or location. It applies in every workplace where we operate. Who must follow the Code of Conduct? The Code also applies to all subsidiaries and entities that Hedin Mobility Group controls, owns a majority interest in, or manages. This includes employees, managers, interns, sub-consultants, and members of the Board of Directors. Throughout this document, these individuals are collectively referred to as ”Employees.” Responsibilities of Everyone As employees, we all share a personal and collective responsibility to live by the Code of Conduct and make it part of our company culture. Each of us is a role model — for colleagues, customers, business partners, and anyone who observes our actions. Therefore, you are expected to; • Be transparent in all decisions and never use your position or company resources for personal gain. • Seek guidance or raise questions if you have any concerns about the Code. • Speak up or stop any activity if you witness a potential violation of the Code or behavior that could lead to one. • Avoid any action that could place the Company, or yourself, in an une thical position. Responsibilities of Managers As a manager or leader, you have a strong influence on everyday life in our organisations. You are expected to lead by example and to ensure that the Code of Conduct is followed within your area of responsibility. Therefore, you are expected to; • Promote a culture of openness, integrity, and trust, and act as a positive role model. • Identify risks in your area of responsibility and take proactive steps to reduce them. • Provide clear guidance to employees who feel uncertain about how to apply the Code in their daily work • Take appropriate and timely action when concerns are raised and ensure that violations are addressed.
