Code of Conduct - English 1
1 Protecting People We believe that every individ
ual deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. Our approach to protecting people and human rights is guided by internationally recognised frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the European Convention on Human Rights. These principles form the foundation for how we protect people — in our workplaces, throughout our value chain, and in the communities where we operate. Fair Working Conditions We respect every employee’s right to fair working conditions. This includes fair wages, reasonable working hours, rest, and a healthy work-life balance. Our ambition is to offer secure and sustainable employment that contributes to a decent standard of living. Commitment to Inclusive and Equal Workplace We value diversity and are committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants — regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or age. We treat everyone with dignity and respect and foster an inclusive work environment where different perspectives create stronger and more innovative solutions Secure Workplace Health & Safety We are dedicated to fostering safe, healthy, and injury-free workplaces. Improving the work environment is a continuous effort, supported by health-focused initiatives and innovative approaches. Everyone has a responsibility to report risks or unsafe behaviours – and to stop hazardous work when necessary. Hedin Mobility Group AB | Code of Conduct | 15 Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining We respect not only the right to freely join trade unions or workers’ associations, but also the right to engage in collective bargaining. We value constructive dialogue and collaboration between employers and employees, as it strengthens our workplace and contributes to fair solutions. No one will ever face retaliation or discrimination for exercising this right. Preventing Forced Labour We have zero tolerance for forced labour in any form, including slavery, human trafficking, or debt bondage. All employment is voluntary, and employees are free to leave with reasonable notice. Preventing Child Labour We strongly support and protect the rights of children. We do not tolerate child labour and always verify the age of employees in line with local and international laws. This commitment also extends to our supply chain: all suppliers must comply with the same strict standards on preventing forced and child labour. Right to Learn and Develop We are committed to lifelong learning and development. Every employee should have the opportunity to strengthen their skills and knowledge through training, professional development, and continuous learning in daily work. By investing in people, we ensure both individual growth and collective success.
