Responsible Supply Chain and Due Diligence Our re
sponsibility extends throughout the entire value chain. We expect all suppliers and business partners to share our principles on human rights, working conditions, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. We conduct risk-based due diligence across our supply chain to ensure compliance with our standards. We also expect our suppliers and business partners to provide transparency and traceability for key materials and minerals, avoiding conflict minerals and other materials from high-risk areas, as well as other harmful practices. Sponsorships and Donations We are highly selective with sponsorships and monetary donations. Contributions are only made to causes that are charitable and of general interest — and must always be approved in advance. Commitment to Export Control and Sanction Laws We always comply with relevant export control laws and international regulations. Sensitive goods must never be traded or exported without the required permits. Avoiding Conflict of interest A conflict of interest arises when personal interests collide or appear to collide with Hedin Mobility Group’s interests. It is not possible to list all situations where conflicts of interest may arise, but the list below provides guidance on how to avoid potential situations. Conflicts of interests include: • Employment, or engagement in competitive business or activities. • Use of insider or confidential information for personal gain. • Financial interests (yours or a close relative’s) in a company doing business with Hedin Mobility Group. • Hiring or directly supervising close relatives or personal relations. • Using Hedin Mobility Group´s information, opportunities, or resources for personal gain. Truth in Advertising & Marketing We are committed to honesty and accuracy in all advertising and marketing. We never make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products or services. Responsible Sales & Services Our commitment to our customers is built on responsible and trustworthy sales and service practices. Our products and services must be explained clearly, and we do not tolerate aggressive, deceptive, or unfair sales practices. External Communication Our external communication must be transparent, professional, and consistent with our brand. Employees are expected to: • Be honest and accurate in all external communication. • Protect confidential and personal information. • Only use approved company branding and materials. • Clarify that personal opinions expressed on social media are not official company statements.
