We Speak Up! We believe in always doing the right
thing. If you „ know of, or suspect, any violation of our Code, or other company policies, it‘s your responsibility to speak up. Your voice matters. Our company strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. By speaking up, you are helping us ensure a safe, respectful, and ethical workplace for everyone. How to Speak up If you have questions or concerns related to working conditions, management behaviour, or compliance with company policies — and you do not require anonymity — you can contact us directly through the following channels: Management: • Reach out to your line manager • Speak with a higher-level manager if that feels more comfortable HR: • Local HR Manager or HR Business Partner for site or country-specific matters • Group HR at HR@hedinmobilitygroup. com (for escalations or if local contact is not appropriate) Legal & Compliance: • Contact Legal@hedinmobilitygroup.com for issues relating to compliance, business ethics, or potential legal breaches. Whistleblower Channel We understand that it may sometimes feel difficult to raise concerns directly. That is why we provide a confidential Whistleblower Channel, available to all employees. • You may use this channel if you prefer to report anonymously. • You can also use it if you feel uncomfortable using the regular reporting methods. All concerns reported through the Whistleblower Channel are taken seriously, handled promptly, and reviewed in line with our policies and applicable law.
