Great workshops include talks on wild game preparation with Lucy O’Hagan of Phoenix Forest School, cooking sustainable fish with Kieran Creevy and a chance to learn more about foraging with Geraldine Kavanagh of Glendalough Distillery. 9.30am-5pm September 7 and 8.
