NFERENCES | EVENTS | FA IRS | EXHIBITIONS NORDIC LIFE SCIENCE UPCOMING EVENTS INSPIRING LIFE SCIENCE BUSINESS AND INNOVATION NOVEMBER 19, 2025: Y SCIENCE Y Science 2023 The 16th DNB Nordic Healthcare Conference will take place at DNB's Head office at Dronning Eufemias gate 30 in Oslo. AS IN PREVIOUS YEARS, the conference is hosted in collaboration between DNB, DNB Carnegie and Back Bay Life Science Advisors, along with the healthcare clusters and networks. It serves as a platform for both investors and companies seeking new investments, partnerships and networks. The conference includes two sesY-SCIENCE.ORG TURNING SCIENCE INTO SOLUTIONS This event aims to inspire concrete actions, innovation, and contributions to society in the field of life sciences. T HE EVENT IS AN official side event to SLUSH, an annual Helsinki startup event that brings together European startups, world-class investors, and tech journalist, and gathers about 1,500 attendees every year. It is organized by the University of Helsinki in collaboration with Helsinki Innovation Services, Orion Corporation, and Aalto University. The event hosts several talks, pitching competitions, and a research2business runway, showcasing innovation projects in the fields of health and pharma, food systems, and sustainable materials. Throughout the event, attendees will also have a chance to connect with researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, corporates, students, and other life science innovation stakeholders in a dedicated networking area. The event is also free of charge and does not require a SLUSH ticket. The program this year includes for example short talks about how unconventional thinking can give rise to new perspectives in healthcare, and lessons from a Finnish biotech exit. There will also be a fireside chat between Fanny Jaulin, Co-Founder and CEO, Orakl Oncology, Felicia von Reden, Co-Founder and CEO, Ovom Care, and Gustav Henriksson, Head of Swiss Business Hub Nordics, Export and Investment Promotio Switzerland NLS sions, the DNB // Back Bay Industry & Venture and the DNB Carnegie Listed & Private Companies. The first session brings together investors, founders, and policy voices to explore early-stage innovation and cross-border collaboration. A major highlight is the announcement of the companies selected for the 2025–26 Healthcare Investment Access (HIA) program. These companies will have the opportunity to pitch in front of a Lions’ Den jury of international investors. The second session feature a mix of listed and private healthcare companies.
