, this unique festival returns to the city, opening in the Fumbally Stables, in Dublin 8 on Saturday April 6th. Boasting a masterclass from Ferment magazine’s Maciej Nowicki, with various tastings and games taking place, the festival offers the only opportunity outside of Poland to discover exciting new Polish producers offering terroirs and notes that wine lovers may not find anywhere else. Take a Saturday trip to the Coole Eco Community in Ferbane and learn how to make high-end artisanal wines from fruit and foraged flowers. To make the course as accessible as possible, organisers are operating a sliding scale pay system so that everyone can take part. It affords a rare occasion to learn to safely make your own wines, complex in flavour, free of additives, and at a fraction of the cost.
