. The Chancery Grill In the midst of the ongoing debate surrounding the inclusion of calories on menus, we’re delighted to see so many eateries holding fast to the principle of displaying food provenance to diners. A case in point is the recently opened Chancery Grill at The Radisson Blu, where offerings include pork from Andarl Farm, fish from Wrights of Marino and Dan Barber’s heritage carrots. The Chancery’s selection of deceptively simple fare includes Boyne Valley goat’s cheese with beets, toasted hazelnuts and apple balsamic from Highbank Orchard. Grill specialties also include fire-roasted Dublin Bay prawns accompanied by Cuinneog butter, lemon, parsley and sea salt. thechancerygrill.ie Carnaval at Wigwam Upbeat tempos and dreams of sunnier climes are the order of the day as the Bodytonic crew cook up a week-long Carnaval celebration at Wigwam. The festive menu features Brazilian inspired Feijoadas and deliciously bright caipirinhas, served with a side of high energy axé incorporating serious dance vibes. The venue also hosts a welcome alternative to the usual Valentine’s Day madness on Friday February 14th, courtesy of a Brewcook food and beer pairing session that sees Chef Pedro Ferraz’s special four course tasting menu get crafty with a brew selection from the Hopfully Brewing Company.
