Security, Credibility and Availability In 2017, Hedin Bil has implemented a series of actions with the purpose of developing the organization and driving the company forward in our endeavor to strengthen the Hedin Bil brand as an employer. Our aim and strategy is to create a more safe and efficient organization whose employees are characterized by well-being and competence in their professional roles, and where managers get a successful leadership with clear leadership principles based on Security, Credibility and Availability. During the year, Hedin Bil has worked with a clarification of the structure and culture. The aim is to strenghten the organization's customer focus, quality and competitiveness on a rapid expanding and changing market. The organization has been strengthened through centralization of key support functions with the purpose of working across the entire business. This to ensure that the right competence is in place to support and define structure for the operations and to be able to measure results and keep track on important KPI’s. Work on clarifying the culture has begun through a value-based work based on the keyword; Security, Credibility and Availability. Hedin Bil’s success is built on employee involvement and individual efforts, and the aim for the employees is to act as ambassadors for the brand and in each meeting exceed customer expectations. At the same time, managers will demonstrate an effective, trustworthy and accessible leadership characterized by business-oriented work with inspiration for continuous improvement and development. The success of this culture is represented by the way customers perceive Hedin Bil and healthy and loyal employees. This is measurable through regular customer satisfaction measurements and monitoring of key figures such as employee absenteeism and employee turnover. Starting with 2018, the development of the manager position and staff crew will continue to be competitive in a constantly changing market. All central working methods and frameworks will be simultaneously analyzed and evaluated in order to be time-and cost-effective in the future with the right system and IT support.
