Follow-up of absence statistics is followed up at the individual level and managers have access to tools for activating rehabilitation measures. ANALYS RESULTAT GOAL • Total 4.82% The company has a goal of a total maximum sick leave of 3%. The total sick leave during the year is far higher than the set goal. Statistics on sickness rates show that women have a higher sickness absence in % compared to men. However, the difference for 2020 is marginal by 0.3 percentage points compared with 2019 and 2018, when the difference was 1.37% and 1.98 percentage points, respectively. To some extent, we can conclude that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected results as men's sickness rates have increased while women's have remained relatively stable.
