DEADLY BUZZ Great to see Irish actor Steve Wall (better known – for now – as lead vocalist/guitarist of The Stunning) join the international cast of Kung Fu Deadly, a martial arts supernatural action comedy starring comedian and YouTuber Steven He. Filming in Dublin and County Meath, the Irish/ Australian co-production is directed by Fergal Costello (BAFTA winner for Brain In Gear), and concerns two hapless pest controllers who are thrust into mortal danger when they accidentally tranquillise a Taoist hunter of Chinese undead aka “Jiangshi” who are spreading through the city. The movie is produced by Paddy McDonald (Predestination) and Nicholas Cooper (Zombie Plane) with McDonald also writing the script. Wall has been busy in front of the camera recently with roles in Black Doves, ‘Dune: Part Two and The English, a 6-part western mini-series starring Emily Blunt on the BBC.
