. We’ve rested, recuperated, and we’re ready to head back to the club. This month sees big international names headlining some of the city’s best clubs, the launch of new experimental club collectives, and some Valentine’s-themed parties set to make sparks fly on the dancefloor. O’Flynn in The Racket Space kicks off the month on February 1. Expect a feel-good set packed full of the DJ and producer’s signature disco-tinged sound palette mixed with blissful house, breaks and percussive elements. Notorious party-starters LOST are celebrating six years of dancing with a full-venue takeover of Wigwam on February 2. The collective welcomes Pegassi and Odymel for their Dublin debuts alongside a stacked lineup of local heroes on support. Also on February 2 is the launch of SCARLET, a new club collective and party series that explores colour, emotion and sound in spaces through hand-built installations and immersive experiences. Taking place in a secret location, the party is headlined by London-based Mr Assister, known for his turn-of-the-millenium psy, proggy techno and bouncing tech house. Another party to round off the first 42 bank holiday weekend of the year: Supper welcomes Pearson Sound for an all night long set in Yamamori Tengu on February 2. One third of Hessle Audio, the acclaimed DJ and producer is known for his cutting-edge grooves and complex percussive arrangements. February 7 sees the return of Stretch: a party dedicated to going the distance and giving DJs the set they deserve. This time DJ Egg takes to the decks for a raucous all night long set that promises endless euphoric, uplifting dancefloor moments. The DIY party takes place in a secret location which will be emailed to ticket holders. On February 8, HONEYPOT, a club night and collective for gay girls and friends, kicks off their 2025 party roster with their annual Valentine’s-themed bash in Tengu. With Síofra and OneCanChan on the bill, clubbers can expect a night of raving and romance. No better way to celebrate the month of love. Continuing the Valentine’s celebrations, on February 14 Club Puzzy marks their one-year anniversary with a party headlined by A For Alpha, a luminary in electronic music with sets fusing elements of tech house, trance, garage, and techno. With ADRIANNA and Puzzy Wrangler on support, big bouncy energy is guaranteed for this one. February 15 sees Chicago footwork legend RP Boo taking to the decks of Tengu. He will be joined by Dublin stalwarts Kate Butler and Don Rosco, connecting the outer limits of experimental music to the headiest juke and footwork. Also on February 15 sees Berlin’s iconic queer collective Pornceptual come to Dublin’s Grand Social for an exciting collaboration with RATHAUS. Headlining the night is RAKANS, Pornceptual’s resident DJ and label boss, who will be joined by MAV666 and Shannen Blessing as well as the collective’s resident performers. Raunch and drama to be expected.
