. Summer Dishes at Morilles Morilles continues to cement a well-earned reputation as a solid neighbourhood bistro from its base above the Yellow House pub in Rathfarnham. Chef Nicholas Courtney’s special seven-course tasting menu is a great opportunity to savour zingy summer dishes such as tian of Dublin bay prawn and Castletownbere crabmeat with crisp spring roll pastry, spiced cucumber and melon gazpacho. With mains featuring roasted rack of Curragh lamb with goats cheese gratin, pea and truffle puree, grelot onion and lamb jus, we’re wondering just how many diners manage to make it all the way to the signature desserts. morillesbistro.ie New Arrivals at the Shelbourne The Shelo recently marked 175 years on Stephen’s Green with the addition of two inviting new spaces at the iconic Dublin hotel.
