OR INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS LFV is making changes to ensure long-term competitive, efficient and attractive operations. Every year, the objectives, strategies, and activities are updated to ensure that LFV are able to continue to meet the customers', owner's and other stakeholders’ requirements and expectations. LFV’S OPERATIONAL PLAN FOR 2018–2022 All four perspectives (customers and sales, culture and employees, operations and deliveries, and finance) have a number of main objectives with associated sub-goals and activities. Every unit in LFV has an operational plan intended to support LFV’s overall main objectives. LFV’s managers and many employees also have personal target contracts. FOCUS AREAS 2018 In order to meet the challenges during the business plan period, LFV selected four areas to focus on during 2018. Each focus area consists of invest - ments, projects, and activities that may vary over the years, but shall as a whole contribute to LFV achieving its objectives.
