several alliances for developing the upper airspace and coordinating the development of air traffic management systems. eries and commitments are monitored both centrally and locally at the airports where LFV provides air navigation services. LFV participates in military exercises and helps to secure the airspace from a military perspective. LFV supplies flexibility and accessibility based on specific needs. New ways of thinking are also needed in order to find solutions and possibilities for civil and military aviation to continue to be able to function together in a common airspace. AIRPORTS LFV has airport customers that are owned privately, on the municipal level, or by the government. There is an agreement with each customer, upon which delivery, information exchange and monitoring are based. Air traffic management and other related services are a large part of an airport's collective delivery to its customers. LFV is a natural long-term partner for the airports' development. Various services are needed at airports, which LFV is able to help with. Aviation safety and environmental conditions were important issues during the year. THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET LFV operates on the international market using its long experience of conducting business internationally to provide air navigation services and airport products. For several years, LFV has delivered flight calibration in, for example, Norway and Denmark, as well as a number of other consulting services to customers in other countries. In 2018, LFV signed agreements for the sale of technological services for the production of aeronautical information. LFV has also had a five-year subcontractor agreement with Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL ANS) for providing air navigation services at five airports in the United Arab Emirates, which expired in 2018. CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMER EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES During the year, LFV participated in Transportforum together with other infrastructure authorities, and in the World ATM Congress global industry fair. LFV participated in Almedalsveckan (Almedalen Week) with its own seminars and in collaboration with others, and arranged Aerospacedagen (Aerospace Day) on the theme "Air and Space". LFV participated in an event in Cranfield arranged by the associated company SDATS. Our customer promise stands firmly: “We help our customers to position themselves”. LFV provides smart aviation and airport solutions to benefit customers and generate value over time. 19
