NDUCT In today's business world and global society, there are high expectations for business ethics, morals and compliance with regulations. In order for everyone at LFV to have the same benchmark, LFV has a corporate Code of Conduct. It applies in the day-to-day work, in business relations and when LFV is represented in various situations. The Code of Conduct clarifies ethical approaches and guidelines. It forms the basis of our behaviour in relation to customers, suppliers, partners and to each other. LFV’s Code of Conduct is based on the state's core values and the UN Global Compact. It constitutes an overall framework that covers several internal policies and instructions, external regulations to consider and our values. LFV’s Code of Conduct was adopted by the Board in February 2018. During the year the content was implemented, employees were trained and discussions were held at workshops and in working groups with the possibility of learning more in areas that were most relevant to different parts of the organisation.
