OPERATION LFV's task is to provide safe, efficient and environmentally-adapted air traffic service for civil and military aviation. LFV should also contribute to achievement of transport policy goals. The governmental owned company LFV offers air traffic services nationally and internationally. In 2019, LFV provided air traffic service for 20 airports spread across the country, two terminal controls, two control centers in Stockholm and Malmö, as well as a center for remote air traffic control (RTS) in Sundsvall. LFV's task is to provide safe, efficient and environmentally-adapted air traffic service for civil and military aviation. COMPOSITION OF THE LFV CORPORATE GROUP The government's instruction for LFV (SFS 2010:184) stipulates that LFV and the companies in which the state either directly or indirectly has a decisive influence collectively form a government owned corporate group. The corporate group consists of the government owned company, the wholly owned holding company LFV Holding AB, the subsidiaries LFV Aviation Consulting AB and LFV Norway AS, which are wholly owned by the holding company, and interest companies Entry Point North AB and Saab Digital Air Traffic Solutions AB. LFV also has holdings in the interest company NUAC HB until the end of 2019. LFV Aviation Consulting is LFV's subsidiary for international consulting serviced within civil air traffic. LFV has long and vast experience of projects within the air traffic service and airport areas in many parts of the world. LFV Norway AS was established in 2015 and has not started any operations yet. The business that LFV has in the Norwegian market is delivered via LFV Aviation Consulting AB. NUAC HB has been a subcontractor for LFV and the Danish air traffic service provider Naviair. LFV and Naviair ownership shares have been 50 per cent each. NUAC has been tasked by the parent company to provide air traffic service en route in the Danish-Swedish airspace from the control centers in Stockholm, Malmö and Copenhagen. NUAC has hired the personnel needed to carry out the task from LFV and Naviair. LFV and Naviair have also provided control center and other infrastructure. The parent organisations LFV and Naviair have taken back their parts of the operations as of 1 September 2019. As of 20 December 2019, NUAC HB has bee closed and dissolved by means of voluntary liquidation. LFV owns 33 per cent of Entry Point North AB (EPN) together with Denmark-based Naviair and Ireland-based IAA. EPN offers training within air traffic service to the owner organisations and other customers. The Entry Point North AB corporate group includes the wholly owned subsidiaries Entry Point North Ireland DAC and Entry Point Denmark ApS, as well as the Hungarian sub18 sidiary Entry Point Central KFT, of which the group owns 51 per cent, the remaining 49 per cent being owned by Hungaro Control Plc, which is owned by the Hungarian state. In 2018, EPN established the company Entry Point North Belgium SA. The Belgian company started operations in September and is jointly owned with SKEYES (Belgocontrol) in equal shares of 50 per cent. LFV owns 41 per cent of Saab Digital Air Traffic Solutions AB and the remaining 59 per cent is owned by Saab. The work on leading, developing and driving digitalisation within remotely controlled air traffic control has continued via the company. The company offers all-inclusive solutions within remotely-controlled air traffic control by combining LFV's unique operative knowledge with Saab's leading technology and organisation. CERTIFICATIONS LFV is certified by the Swedish Transport Agency in accordance with the EU Regulation for common requirements for provision of air traffic services and air traffic services ((EU) 2017/373), as well as for provision of training of air traffic control personnel ((EU) 2015/340). LFV is also certified in accordance with the ISO standards 9001 and 14001 with respect to quality management and environmental management. LFV is approved by the Swedish Transport Agency to provide procedural design, airspace designation and flight measurement with navigations aids, among other things. AREAS OF OPERATION AND GEOGRAPHIC MARKETS GEOGRAPHIC MARKETS LFV's operations have four main areas of operation: air traffic service, other commercial services, research and innovation, as well as operations directly funded by the state. Approximately 90 per cent of turnover can be attributed to air traffic service. AIR TRAFFIC SERVICE Air traffic service consists primarily of air traffic control services. Air traffic services also includes CNS services, flight information and weather presentation. The services are provided for civil and military air traffic. The customers consist of the airlines and flight operators who traffic Swedish airspace, the Swedish Armed Forces and state, municipal and privately-owned airports. The operations comprise air traffic services provided in the other airspace, en route, from the control centers in Stockholm and Malmö. The operations also comprise air traffic services in the airports' control zones and terminal areas, i.e. at or directly connected to the airports and during landing and take-off, from the airports' control tower and freestanding control center, as well as
