This is particularly noteworthy in the groups that have worked actively with the results from last year's employee survey. The positive development, that increasingly more people are recommending LFV as an employer over the previous year continues. Work associated with objectives and mandates must be developed and the leadership can establish better conditions for their leadership. LFV's culture, which is associated with what LFV should be distinguished by, is strong with respect to a focus on solutions and commitment, whilst new approaches and the capacity to manage improvement proposals can be enhanced. 2017 2018 2019 BM 0 2017 2018 2019 BM 0 2017 2018 2019 BM 43
