undergo training in working environment, labour legislation, and the areas required for each manager to take full responsibility for operations, finances, and employees. To promote and contribute to a viable workplace LFV all employees health and wellness allowance and in connection to several workplaces there are opportunities for physical exercise. All employees are also covered by private health insurance to get healthcare and help quickly, if needed. NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES (1,125): Men, 645 (56%) Women, 490 (44%) LFV Code of Conduct As a continuation of the work with implementing the brand platform, LFV Navigator, and broad the perspective, LFV Code of Conduct has been updated and revised. LFV’s employees meet a lot of stakeholders and it is important that everyone knows and acts in accordance with our guidelines. The LFV Code of Conduct is meant to be a guide for employees, collaboration partners, and providers. LFV’s customers and potential customers ask more and more often about LFV’s opinions within a number of areas, and there the new code of conduct will become important. All managers get feedback on their leadership, as well as the conceived working environment in the employee survey. Together with all leaders and managers, we will create a platform for managing this. Information and communication is an important area to continue developing and creating prerequisites for dialogue and increased trust.
